Wave3 Interactive, LLC was formed in 2006 by Richard Tooke in Raleigh, North Carolina. Richard has nearly 20 years of experience making technology work in all kinds of organizations. Wave3 engages many other highly-qualified business, design, and technical professionals on projects as needed.
